Join us for the Black Romance Book Club End of Year Meet — a festive evening celebrating books, Black romance, community, friendships and, of course, GOOD VIBES!

This is more than just a book club meeting. It’s our chance to come together, have a laugh, chat about the books we love, meet fellow readers and celebrate everything we’ve built together throughout the year.

Expect an evening filled with:

📍 LOCATION

The event will be held in Bermondsey, London.

The venue is approximately:
• One bus journey from Bermondsey Station
• One bus journey from South Bermondsey Station
• Around a 10-minute walk from both stations
• London Bridge Station is also nearby
• Rotherhithe and Surrey Quays stations are also within easy reach

The full venue address will be provided once your ticket has been purchased.

This is to keep the event location private for ticket holders.

If you choose to participate, you will be sent an email after purchasing your ticket with the details of the person you have been matched with.

We recommend having an Amazon Wishlist ready, so your Secret Santa has an idea of the kinds of bookish gifts you would love.

💷 We recommend a maximum spend of £15.
However, the amount you choose to spend is ultimately up to you.

Secret Santa works because everyone gives and everyone receives. If you are matched with someone and don’t provide a gift, the person who has been assigned to you could be left without one.

We want everyone to have a lovely experience, so please make sure you are happy to participate fully before opting in.

Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive the information you need for the event, including the full venue address.

Keep an eye on your emails as we will also use the email address provided when booking to send important event information and Secret Santa details.
